Filling or plastering the cracks and gaps as pictured, between wall and tiles in corner spots and where sliding door frame is. About 8 different spots in total. Not worried about how it looks, just need the holes filled as ants are coming through as pictured. No need to paint afterwards either.

I require professional repairs on my outdoor walls, which include addressing several deeper cracks and chipped areas. Additionally, I would like all ten existing window frames to have angle plaster trims installed. I will provide the required trims. • Repair all identified cracks and chipped areas in the exterior walls. • Install angle plaster trims around all ten window frames. • Ensure all repaired sections are properly rendered, leaving the surface smooth and uniform. • The final result should be a wall surface fully prepared for painting. (Painting is not included in the scope.) All work should be completed to a high standard, ensuring durability and a seamless finish.

Following work i have completed already- 1/3 celling and 2/3 wall gyprock sheet installed. Total area - 9 Sqm approx. You need ip install 8 sheets, cornice + skirting ready to paint.

The previous extraction fan/light setting is off Center, rusting and has torn the plaster in a few places. Hoping someone can remove the old parts, repair the tare/edges and install a new one. I can buy the new fan just need someone to install

Need gyprock walls repaired, tile adhesive removed and sanded to be flush with surrounding walls.

Need to plaster a wall and install a lintel. I removed a door frame between the kitchen and utility, need it patched up now nice and tidy before the worktop goes in on Tuesday. And also I need a hole in the ceiling patched up from where the extractor fan used to be.
