Fix pavers in driveway and edges

We are seeking quotes from interested parties to remove existing pavers from our next door neighbour's driveway to create a paved driveway and patio on our property (authority has been sought from the neighbour). The grout in our back garden needs to be refilled. It’s very patchy and some bits have weeds coming through, which is our major concern to fix.
