I’m looking for a friendly, proactive and reliable person to help at a small private 60th birthday party at our home in Malvern East. Date: Friday 31 July Time: 5:30 pm – 10:30 pm (approximately 5 hours) Pay: $180 I’d like you to arrive about two hours before guests arrive at 7:40 to help with the final setup. During the party, your role will be to help keep everything running smoothly, including: • Assisting with the final party setup. • Replenishing nibbles and drinks as needed. • Keeping serving areas clean and tidy. • Taking out rubbish if needed. • Helping keep the kitchen and entertaining areas neat so I can relax and enjoy the evening with my guests. • Assisting with a few light pack-up tasks at the end of the night. I’m looking for someone who notices what needs doing without needing constant direction, has a positive attitude, and is happy to quietly work behind the scenes to help the evening run smoothly. You would need to monitor the levels of food on the table and top up when required. We're looking for a friendly, reliable person to assist at a small celebration of approximately 30 people for my dad's 80th birthday at our apartment in Toorak.
