I have returned home after a few weeks away to find some mould on my bathroom ceiling. Thankfully it is nowhere else in the house. I need this cleaned/treated/looked at fairly comprehensively to make sure it doesn't come back.

Main bathroom tiles need to be prepped (scrubbed, sanded x 2, scrubbed again & removal of residual silicone) and painted with already purchased paint in main bathroom of apartment. Will be base coat, 2 x coats of tile paint and 1 x coat of sealant plus silicone to seal at completion, each coat requiring minimum 8hrs drying time between. All painting/prepping/tape etc provided

My back isn't the best,need someone to do what I can't do. Tracks, skirting boards, walls. If your handy paint a few patches out paint over patched holes 🤷‍♀️

Peeled off wall paint from decor when I was taking them off. Small patches only, went to bunnings to paint match unfortunately got a darker shade (see photos)

Looking for quotes on patching and painting 2 holes in our walls, would need to buy/colour paint as we don’t have any. It’s a short term rental property so we can be flexible on dates, just need to work around guests stays.

I metre by 1 mt windows to be removed. Replaced with plasterboard inside and cladding outside. Probably need some wooden frame also. Obviously will pay all materials cost.
