Would SUIT Handyman/ Painter bcoz prep./patch work needs doing - see below-. 1. Laundry - patching - 1.(a) Patching where Wall meets Ceiling - about 1.1 metres across - Use Gyprock-cement to patch/ do SQUARE Finish. 1.(b) Patching - hole in Villaboard where Power-Point was. 1.(c) Patching - a small section that needs some Cement Render - so that it MEETS the current Cement. 1.(d) Under the Stairs - the external Corners need fixing - this has some timber-arch there - BUT, it was NOT done well- therefore, needs fixing. 1.(e) a gap where the Gyprock/timber meets the underneath-ceiling. 2. Painting - LAUNDRY - Ceiling is about 3m by 3m & Walls (approx.10 sq.metres) and Underneath-Stairs. 2. Painting - KITCHEN - Ceiling and some wall (around doorway, ontop of benches..
