Areas I would like painted - living room, bedrooms x 2, stairwell, bathrooms x 2 plus one separate toilet, laundry & inside BIR / linen cupboard. The bedrooms, bathrooms & BIR/linen cupboard & laundry would be painted in white. The living room & stairwell walls would be painted in a different colour- yet to be decided. We receive the keys for the property on Monday 17th June. We are having new carpet installed Thursday 20th - Friday 21st June. We plan to move into the property on 29th June.

Paint new pre-primed v-jointed timber lining boards on verandah ceiling and eave. About 16 square metres. Fill and sand nail holes as needed. 2 coats required - paint will be provided. You need to provide all equipment, protection and clean up. Must have own insurance and be a tidy worker.

Need a loft ceiling painted, approximately 40m2 and about 8m2 of walls in loft all in ceiling white. Also need 1 more coat of oil applied to outside timber lining boards approximately 60m2. About 15 lineal metres of newly installed eave sheet to be painted and approximately 15 lineal metres of timber fascia. One timber door and one timber window - Due date: Needs to be done on Friday, 3 February 2023

Requires a skirting board for one curved wall to match the rest of the house

I have three doors that have marked on them. Some never be patched up and some need to be painted.

I need an internal wall of my home painted, approx 4m x 2m. See attached picture - panelling has been installed on the wall & i need the entire wall painted white. Happy to pay cash for such a small job.

We need someone to wall paper our hallway and bedroom - the wallpaper is to go only above the chair rail in each of the rooms (no full walls). We have the wallpaper but you would need to have the paste. Would love to have it done before Christmas. Monday 12th or 13th December would be ideal. Hall only needs paper on one side above the rail approx 2-3 mtres. bedroom 4.7m x 4.9m but large windows on 2 sides so not much paper on those two walls. - Due date: Flexible
