Paint front pergola- need large ladder as 4m high Paint side house weatherboards and gap fill them

I need to prep and paint my lounge and kitchen. I will supply the paint if needed. The ceilings are quite high ?10-11ft. The lounge is 4 x 7.7m and kitchen approx 5.5 x 4

Mantel is a teak finish at the moment. Need it stripped back from the brown wood as it looks now and painted 2pac off white in a semi gloss or satin. This can be discussed.

Paint fence- I have done 1 coat on most on half of the fence. Rest of the fence needs to be done x 2 coats. As well as the bricks on the porch I have the paint and a roller. Will need to get a hand brush

Paint new windows internally. 2 windows approx 1600 x 1800 a lot of prep work done. paint supplied. We have just run out of time to complete. One window has had more prep than the other. I believe undercoat is on
