I have the opportunity to purchase a converted caravan & rigid annexe however it needs to be removed from l a caravan park in Carrara. The home needs to be removed off-site….to be cleared as a tourist / camp site. The van measures 11m long & is unregistered. It has a drawbar & wheels, but its roadworthiness is unknown. Upstairs is a kitchen, two bedrooms & a bathroom with vanity & couple-sized shower. The rigid annexe measures 14m long & is fixed to the van side wall and (assuming) on a ground level concrete pad. Downstairs has an all-weather front room, a large living/lounge room, a laundry and a separate toilet. To be removed vacant possession (aka without possessions shown in the photos) and the site requires to be cleared of any debris. Must be off-site soonest tbc.
