Trench to be dug approx 13M around tree and down garden, to the depth of 300mm, 450mm depth on external property. (The external dig must be done day of cable relocation) (Already have a contractor in mind for this, but open to offers if you can do full works) - NBN Tech is FTTP (FIBRE)

After a licensed electrician to remove a plug socket from half way up a wall entirely. Will be getting it patched over and painted. The problem is - the NBN cable is coming out this socket. So that will need rewiring and redirecting elsewhere in the house. The walls are double brick but I have access to the roof - so have options. Licensed Electrician only. Trying to setup nbn for the first time at a new residence. Receieved a HFC box from aussie broadband but when I connect to wall socket all 4 lights (power, downstream, upstream, online) do not turn on. Only gets to power solid green and donwstream flashing green.

I have a telephone port in the centre of the apartment that I need troubleshooting to enable NBN connection. I am currently using the telephone port at the back of the apartment. I believe it needs to be jumpered from krone box just outside our apartment door to extend to this port in the kitchen. That way we have 2 working telephone ports.
