I’m looking for an experienced person to professionally remove and treat mould on my ceiling and cornices in one room (see photos). Important: This task is mould removal and treatment only. No painting, patching, or repainting is required or wanted. I will engage a separate professional painter later to stain-block and repaint. Scope of works The task must include: • Proper mould-killing treatment (not just wiping or painting over) • Treatment suitable for plaster ceiling and cornices • Removal of visible mould spots and residue • Ensuring the surface is left clean, dry, and ready for a painter to apply stain-blocking primer later.
