The dishwasher has a leak and needs to be checked and repaired. The water doesn't drain.

I recently bought a property with a water feature .I need it cleaned.

Repair or Replace Hot Water Tank. From the photos you can see the electrical cable has come loose. There is also water leaking from the tank onto the water tray below. The leak is coming out from where the electrical cables are. This is tripping the breaker for the tank. If the option is to replace, we will supply the water tank. We intend to replace this (125L) with a smaller tank (80L). Please let me know if this would be an issue. (new tank is the same brand and model, just smaller)

We have a new dishwasher - install new and detach old, prefer disposal as well but not necessary. Needs to be done either Thursday between 10-2 or on weekend.

I need a licensed plumber preferrably with experience with Toto toilets. The old toilet was a link/connector suite which has been removed. The inlet valve is not suitable for this toilet and needs to be reconfigured. The toilet and its components and connectors are ready. Find attached photos of the blank canvas, the detailed specs of the toilet as well as two photos of how the inlet is in the way of the unit.

I need help to unblock a drain.

Per pictures attached, I require the excavation of soil to locate stormwater pipes and connect existing carport downpipes to street stormwater. One side is less than a metre to storm pipe, the other side is approximately 4 metres. Pictures outline the storm pipe in blue, excavating required in red and the pipe join in purple. Tasker will need to have basic pipe connection skills and preferably a small bobcat to locate the existing stormwater pipes.

Needed plumber to replace tap basin set in the bathroom and the ones in the laundry area. Will be supplying the replacements. Please see photos attached and send me your offers.

The water pressure in the kitchen and shower upstairs in a split level home has dropped. Downstairs in the laundry and taps outside still going strong. Possible leak? Need someone to diagnose and repair.

Replace kitchen faucet and bathroom faucet

Looking for an experienced plumber to fix our leaking shower. We would like to get a quote for fixing the existing wall top or replacing both tops with new one. We can purchase the new wall tops from Bunnings. Please look at the photos for more details.

Pulled the basin tap apart to get the mixer part number for replacement and the bottom part of the cartridge was cracked and immediately went to pieces. Need someone to install a new mixer tap as this will be the quickest option. Happy to go get one from Bunnings or you can supply. The current look is in the photos if we can get close ish.

We have 2 shower mixer taps that need the cartridges replaced. One shower also needs the silicone around the base to be replaced. I can supply all materials.

The bathroom tap has been leaking and it needs to be fixed.
