Computer- Windows 11. The task bar wasn't working. I used video to repair - did so but the "Chrome Icon" still will not work. Back to the books/videos to fix it. I have managed to change the" Chrome"to "Chrome 1" short cut, still will not work. Need someone to fix please. Maybe able to "remotely" fix even.

I really need someone experienced with Windows setup or IT support to come out and help me reset my computer. The computer is stuck on a BitLocker recovery screen, and I don’t have the recovery key. Can't see any connected USB drives on the PC. Disk management shows the drive, can't assign letter or format. Error attached shows when trying to format. PITA.
