Looking for someone to help as a gate has come off the brick wall. Its originally been bolted into the mortar and the bottom bracket has come out, and the top ones rusted. Looking for a quote for someone to fix it and what they would do to fix it as well.

I'm looking for someone to reinstall my existing front metal pedestrian gate after new concrete has been poured. The gate was removed to allow the concreting works to be completed. Because the new footpath has a slightly different finished level, the gate will need to be adjusted and rehung so that it: - Opens and closes smoothly - Has adequate clearance over the new concrete - Is level and aligned with the brick pillars The existing hinges, latch and gate will all be reused if possible. The job may require minor adjustment of the hinge position or hardware to suit the new levels. I'd also like the timber fence on the other side of the brick pillar (along the property boundary) inspected and secured. It has started leaning away, so I'm looking for someone who can anchor or brace it back into position if possible. Install a lock for metal gate

My outdoor metal gate has become slightly misaligned, so the deadbolt no longer lines up properly with the receiver and is difficult/impossible to lock. I’m looking for someone experienced with gates or locksmith work to inspect and fix the issue. It may involve adjusting the gate hinges, realigning the lock/strike plate, or another suitable repair so the gate locks smoothly again. Please include any small parts/materials required in your quote. The quote should include call-out fee, labour and minor parts. If you believe a major part replacement is required that would exceed this budget, please discuss it with me before proceeding. I’ve attached a photo of the current lock for reference.

The current G8SAFE top-pull latch is installed at 147cm because the existing post is too short. Please extend the height of the post using a matching black square tube extension/sleeve so that the existing G8SAFE latch can be reinstalled with the top handle at a compliant height of 170cm or higher. Please note: Simply reinstalling or shifting the latch higher without extending the post is NOT acceptable, as the latch body must be fully supported by the post. Please bring necessary tools, black metal extension pieces (approx. 50x50mm), and black touch-up paint. Thanks!

70mm long metal hinge on gate rusted off. Request new hinge welded on or this one repaired if possible

I need someone who welds to fix this gate. The hinge pin is stuck in the hinge frame itself and cannot turn. The full hinge may need replaced. I am not concerned about having to paint a new one but if it’s replaced I want it matching the top hinge.

I have a metal gate that needs to be hung properly into metal posts. I have hung it but the screws in the hinge keep coming loose.

I need someone to repair or replace the latch on my side timber fence gate. The metal latch has become bent/damaged and no longer closes properly. I’m happy for it to be repaired if possible, or replaced with a similar galvanised latch if necessary. The metal frame of a colour bond gate needs repair. Likely need to be welded. Gate does not close/latch properly. In the winds last night the gate has come open a ripped off the already loose latch on the bottom of the gate. As the top latch also does not reach at all and need to be fixed. The quote here is notional and extra costs can be added later.

I have a metal side gate where the latch/bolt goes into a brick wall. The brick has worn out and been patched previously and the bolt can now be forced out, wearing away the brick. I need a proper, long-lasting fix. I believe we need to drill into the brick and install a steel receiver/sleeve (tube) for the bolt or something similar to fix the issue. Open to other ideas!
