Heavy external gate with metal frame required two new heavy duty hinges to be welded on so that gate is reattached. Must be in correct alignment so that gate can be bolted shut as per photos.

Our secure metal gate isn’t so secure. An intruder could reach through and turn the knob. Whoops. Would like a well-rated Handyperson/welder to come and resolve the problem, we think by sourcing a small metal plate and welding it beside the lock, but if there’s a better way of doing it that would solve the problem and look better than that solution please speak up! I need assistance replacing the rotten wood and re-hanging a gate that has collapsed. The wood on each side of the gate that is attached to the fence and the house is completely rotten and needs replacing and re-attaching. The gate will then need to be re-hung and aligned.
