My partner works a labour job and has trouble find time to prepare & eat. Would love to find someone who can prepare breakfasts and or lunches that are very filling and can take on the go (think sandwiches, avocado etc) Thanks so much!

Looking for someone to provide organic and gluten free meal prep - breakfast, lunch and dinner for 5 days. See attached image for desired daily protein/fats etc below. No seed oils or preservatives please and if using fish I prefer a low mercury type of fish. I am keen to avoid plastic containers so can supply Pyrex containers if that is easier. I’m happy to collect the meals or have them delivered to South Yarra. Happy to discuss what works best.

Happy to have 1 x lunch and 1 x dinner dish per week (so you can do it in bulk, and divide up for 5 days). Can rotate the dish every week. I can have the ingredients delivered to you or you can do the shopping. I will cover the cost of ingredients. I am happy to pick the meals up from your place once per week or you can deliver to me in South Yarra.
