Freedom couch with a broken spring. Heard spring go when someone sat down on it and now has a spot that sinks.

We have a 3 seater freedom furniture L shaped couch. My husband sat down heavily one night and we heard a spring break, which has led to a sunken cushion (see photo). We need the spring repaired. Note the couch cushion is attached to the frame so it will need to be accessed from underneath.

I need someone to fix my couch leg/ the slat it’s attached to. It has broken away causing the couch to sink in. Please see photos! Thanks

One of our couch legs has collapsed on itself, and I think maybe the slat it’s screwed into has broken.
