Front passenger exterior door light (LED) not working, all other three exterior door lights fine. Suspect not connected as it does appear door was replaced at some point prior to my purchasing car

Hi there! I need help with a few small repairs in my apartment in East Brisbane. Should be about 2–3 hours of work max. I need someone handy and tidy to take care of the following: • Reattach a kitchen cupboard door (screw holes will need to be filled and re-drilled) • Fill and repair the base of a bathroom vanity • Re-secure a loose towel rail • Patch a few wall dints • Light painting (front door touch-up or patch-paint over repairs) as I have some screw holes that need filling I can be flexible with timing — ideally sometime this week or next. my pool light stopped working

I have two ceiling fans that seem to only go the one speed regardless if they are on Low, Medium or High, possible switch/controller or motor replacement. This is apparently a common issue with the fans in this apartment building. Also I have a pendant LED light in the kitchen that is not working, possibly transformer replacement.

My pool light bracket has come off . I have bought a new pool light to replace the one that has come off. Ideally we don’t want to empty the pool - Due date: Flexible

Small skylight is leaking.

The rangehood lights are not working despite being turned on. It was flickering previously, now it is completely dead. Unsure if its electricity faulty or bulbs issue.

Wires have come loose from the LED light bar. It's a 850mm, 144 X 3 Row LED's Aquarium Light. They have disconnected at the LED Light connection & the small PCB switch board. Even if 1 or of the 3 strips fails & 1 or 2 rows are fixed, I'm happy with that. Didn't know an amount for budget so just put minimum and prefer person doing job to quote price
