Meals needed : Vegetarian We are looking for an cook who knows how to cook indian meals to come twice a week to come cook at our house. We are 2 girls living so it’ll ba a meal for 2 people.

My house is going on the market next week and needs to be staged with accessories (nothing major, no furniture) each week before the open home (twice a week for four weeks) Location is jersey parade Carnegie. Tenants have basic furniture in there but will need: - basic high end accessories and ornaments (pot plants, books, etc) - bedside tables for 3 bedrooms - blankets/ pillows/ cushions for staging the beds - a table/ chairs for balcony - very large TV (non operational) - kitchen accessories / decorations - wall prints Vibe is ultra contemporary and high end accessories Also need you to go in for each open and tidy and generally make presentable. Welcome to leave the stuff in there for the four weeks, or take each time. 2x 30 min opens have been booked so far: - This Sat 9am - Wed 17th 2pm Then there will be 2 more per week for 3 more weeks, 8 visits in total. Hi Taskers, We found our last regular housekeeper/cleaner on Airtasker and worked with her for several years before she moved interstate, so we need to find someone new. My partner and I live in Carnegie, and we will soon be welcoming our first child. We are looking for someone (or a couple) that can provide regular cleaning and housekeeping for us. First and foremost, we are looking for someone that can do regular cleaning, but also, folding of clean washing, making beds, hosing down back and front verandahs, empty dishwasher if full, and just take care of little tasks like that which will make our lives so much easier with a newborn. We are both business owners too, so we know the value of people’s time and are happy to pay well for the right person. Our home is 4bdrooms, but it’s not a large home to be honest (small weatherboard) and for the most part it’s only two people living there (with a baby coming soon). Two of the four bedrooms hardly get used and will usually only need a quick dusting and vacuum. We also have a very friendly Golden Retriever who does shed quite a lot of hair! We are looking for someone that can bring their own cleaning gear (vacuums, mops, cleaning products, etc). I’ve priced this job based on it taking 4 hrs for 1 person (Roughly $70/hr), however, it could take 2hrs for two people. We are looking for someone to come fortnightly. (No stairs besides lifting smaller items into our roof attics up a ladder) 2 beds (1 queen, 1 king) Office desk 2 Couches 3 large rugs 2 low boy drawers with items inside Some boxes and other smaller items And some things need to be lifted into storage in our roof via our ladder. I will have everything ready and labeled where it needs to go so we can just start playing Tetris with the furniture and boxes when you arrive. I cannot help with any lifting at all due to being 6 months pregnant. Please note we have a large and friendly golden retriever who will appreciate some pats and attention.
