One bedroom in Victorian house needs sanding of some recent plastering as well as painting (excluding windows and wardrobes). Corridor and 1.5 walls in another room also need to be done. Paint 6.5m x 3m lattice fence. Raw timber at present.

1. Roof of garden shed needs clearing of plant material and then the fascia board of the shed needs replacing - fascia rotten and has come unstuck. Shed is approximately 2 X 3 metres. Approx 1.8 metres tall. 2. The lattice work on the back fence has fallen away and needs re-attaching to the framework. Garden vines will need to be cut away in order to do this. The fence backs onto a right of way and it is most likely the latticework will need to be done from it. The fence from the lright of way is high. We have a ladder but it may not be tall enough. Owning a ladder is likely to be necessary. 3. Any materials will be paid for by us.

We need 100% of Ivy and morning glory removed down to ground level from a rear courtyard. In addition, a 5.2m section of lattice that is currently between two properties needs to be removed. I have uploaded a photo of the lattice and marked it out. It is supporting the ivy and morning glory vine and needs to be taken away so a new fence can be installed. Ideally the entire rear courtyard should be free of any visible ivy or morning glory. Note that the lattice fence portion - is very easy to remove. Would actually take just a few minutes. The rest may take longer. In each photo I have marked out the vegetation that needs to be removed. Note that this take will take some time to coordinate as it involves multiple parties. We are currently at the quote stage.

Roughly 1700 x 1400 lattice installed in metal apartment balcony frame.

Need to re connect the fence lattice that has fallen

Metal lattice with jasmine is coming away from fence and needs to be properly secured. Two fences, each is approx 4 metres long.

I need someone to purchase a lattice fence topper and a cat roller barrier from Bunnings (I will provide details) and attach them to the metal back fence in my courtyard.
