Basic design and landscaping

Approximately 10 tonnes of soil need to be moved along a 30-meter path and distributed. The side pathway of the property should be used for this task. , experience in landscaping is preferred.

It is a 11 X 28 metre plot which is under construction. We are looking for a good quality and budget friendly landscaping quote for our front and back garden. The front area has a depth of 4.5 metre( driveway not required, builder is looking after this). As per council requirement , grass and 3m tree required as per attached picture. Remaining area can be white pebbles. The back garden has a depth of 7.5 metre (including a 3 X 3.5m2 concrete patch which doesnt need any work on) and a small area(~8 metre long) of grass on the right side of the property which is 2.1 metre wide.
