I have a new house being built in Officer central central. I want landscaping for front yard and backyard with natural turf. Thinking of having Sir Walter Buffalo grass. Roughly the lawn area would be around 80 sqm. Need to do edging for the garden bed and leave space for garden bed. I need to get my driveway, front and side back landscaping, and install a letterbox done.

Needing top layer of soil in back yard scraped back to clear of stones and building debris. Front yard also needs the same with a pile of approximately 2m3 soil which needs to be removed. 3m space all the way around the back easy access for small machines.

Need simple landscaping works on front and backyard. Nothing fancy. Backyard Will require leveling, removing soil, retaining on one side & back, pebbles or mulch whatever is cheaper on the sides. Access is limited for a dingo. Not sure if micro can fit.

I will scrape up about 2 full wheelbarrows' worth of bad dry clay soil, which I need someone to help remove.

Looking for a handyman or landscaper to work with me to complete the job, including plinth board installation on the edges, grass and weed mat installation, and bringing over rocks/mulch. Kindly note that I don't have the equipment or a ute to transport materials. Therefore, I am looking for someone who has knowledge and experience with all the tasks listed above and can quote me their labor for the job (including the usage of their equipment and ute). I have attached the design pictures along with measurements of the front and back yard. I am happy to work on Thursday and Friday from 6 to 9 pm, and on weekends based on your availability. I am keen to complete the job in a few weeks, depending on your availability. I would appreciate it if you could provide a quote. Then I will lock in the job, meet at the officer site, and plan accordingly.

New build with no landscaping completed yet. We have recently sprayed the front and rear yards and need someone to come in and remove the dead weeds and debris and rake the soil to level it out afterwards.
