We want to replace the top Treated Pine Round Slab on 6 sections of the retaining walls in our rear garden. They're very water damaged and look crappy. The retaining walls are stepped (1m up, then 0.5m back we go up 1m again) - see photos for context. 4 of the slabs to replace are on the lower retaining (1m), while the other 2 are at the upper (2m). There are two treated pine round slabs that are being used as edging for a garden bed (they're in ground). We want them dug out, and replaced with the 150mmx50mm sleepers we bought. (Will need to be cut and sealed - 2x 3m sleepers, but the edging is about 5.6m. Assume will need in-ground painted, don't have said paint). I'm looking for someone who knows what they're doing to come and take care of this for me, instead of me making a mess of it. Replace the top round slabs on the retaining at a few places Replace the round slab edging with sleepers (cut, sealed, levelled, and fixed) Take away the rubbish Bring your own tools, in-ground paint, fixings if we need and anything else needed to complete the job. Thing Ihave: ======== We have the 6x treated pine H4 round 125(150)mm x 3m slabs on-site. We have the 2x treate pine H4 150mm x 50mm x 3m sleppers on-site. See photos. I also have some 250mm spikes, 450mm pegs and emulsion spray (not in-ground). Things I know I DON'T have: ================= - Don't have in ground paint / sealant for sleeper cut. - Don't have spare or replacement fixings if any of the 30+cm bolts, nuts and/or washers can't be re-used - Don't have a suitable drill or drillbits, or sockets - Don't have a suitable thing (nail puller?) to get the few old spikes out. - Don't have sand and spirit level to level the sleepers. - Don't have the confidence to do this myself :) - Due date: Flexible

We had two trees taken down a while ago and the stumps are still there and annoying us visually. We don't need them complete removed - I mean that would be ideal obviously - but just down to below the soil level by a few cm is fine. Can be pretty flexible about date and time - just want to keep the annoyance to the neighbours somewhat minimal. - Due date: Flexible

Courtyard renovation: Includes rendering brick walls, new paving, bench seats, garden beds, and bricked BBQ area. the old pavers will be removed and garden areas prepared for install. Floor area is: Outdoor patio = approx. 25 square meters Side Path = approx. 15 square meters - Due date: Before Sunday, 30 April 2023
