The rear of the property is on an angle, possibly 1.5m from one side of the back year to the next. I would like that area to be flattened so that it has 3 flat usable levels. I started doing this a few years ago though limited in time. See photos. While the backyard has room to move, access to the back yard is limited. The of the house is decked so you cant drive heavy machinery over it. There is enough room for a very small bob cat or hand operated machinery like a mini trencher. At a guess, the back yard might be 12m long by 3.5m deep.

Looking for an experienced drainage/landscaping contractor to install drainage along an existing retaining wall in my covered outdoor area. The retaining wall leaks/seepages water through the blocks during heavy rain. There is no excavator access behind the wall, so I would like to manage the water from the patio side. Scope of work: * Saw-cut and remove a narrow strip of existing tiles/concrete along the base of the retaining wall. * Install a slimline pool-style/channel drain with removable grate along the wall. Prefer something neat and low-profile for a good cosmetic finish. * Create appropriate fall so water flows toward the existing discharge/drainage point near the door shown in the photos. * Connect the new drainage to the existing suitable discharge point (red mark in photo) * Seal/finish neatly around the drain and existing tiles. * Assess whether any controlled drainage/weep points at the base of the retaining wall are appropriate. * Supply all materials, labour and clean-up.

I have a small garden area at my townhouse in Berwick that I would like professionally prepared and landscaped. Remove existing weeds and unwanted plants/grass.
