Trim hedges and trees on 4 sides of the house, remove weeds and some undergrowth and generally tidy yard and remove waste. ( In the past a team of 3 guys completed work in around 5 hours) Important - the hedges on one side of the house are 3-4M high and on a slope - A Frame Ladders / scaffolds and plank needed trim the tops I think (that how it was done in past) For hedges on other side of the house an extension arm and HD hedger should be OK.
