Regular gardening required every 2 to 4 weeks depending on season (mowing, edging and hedge trimming, etc). In addition, occasional weeding, mulching, tree pruning, general gardening and waste removal for which I'll pay extra based on hourly rate. DETAILS 1. Mowing of (a) grass next to foot path; (b) rectangular block of lawn back of the house ( about 70 sqm); and (c) lawn side of house (about 70 sqm); all with edging done. 2. 10*10m garden needs a re-make, complete design available at request. Details below: 1. Require minor earthworks involving excavation and land fill(shaping). 2. Minor concrete building and retained stairs. 3. Synthetic Grass install. If you can do all of the works mentioned, great! But if you are only interested in doing earth works or concrete, I am happy to coordinate as well. PS. Site has limited access and is situated on a slope, may be a good idea to pay the site a visit.
