Task Description Looking for an experienced handyman / landscaper to complete a small outdoor common-area upgrade at a residential unit block in Brisbane. Scope of work 1. Remove existing grass, rubble and any loose concrete. 2. Install base, weed mat and grass, 3. Install garden hose reel, drain grate 4. Stepping stone path • Install sandstone stepping stones directly on grass to form a winding path • Stones to be level, stable, and evenly spaced 5. Seating area base • Prepare and install a small seating area using: • Sandstone stepping stones laid close together (chairs sit on stone, not gravel) • Decorative pebbles used only as infill • Ensure surface is firm and chair-stable 6. Garden beds (both sides of path & seating area) • Install edging to define garden bed areas • Plant mixed outdoor and native plants, shrubs along sides (palms, mid-layer plants, ground cover) • Apply mulch and/or decorative gravel to garden beds One side is shady for half day 7. Solar garden lights • Install 10 solar garden lights along path and garden edges • Lights are spike-type (no wiring) 8. Install gated fence to close area off for private use.
