Prepare a level and firm ground base in a 1.4m x 1.7m section of my backyard (Air con unit will be eventually going on this section). And removal of a tree stump I’m having a new air conditioning system installed soon. I need someone to prepare the ground so the slab sits on a flat, stable, hard surface. Scope of Work: 1. Clear the 1.4m x 1.7m area where the outdoor unit will sit (remove weeds, loose soil, debris). 2. Remove old tree stump (photo of tree stump attached) 2. Lay weed mat over the area to prevent future weed growth (weed mat supplied) 3. Spread crushed rock(supplied). 4. Compact the crushed rock to create a hard, stable base. 5. Ensure the base is fully level using a spirit level. The final result should be a flat, solid, stable surface suitable for the installer to place the poly slab and mount the outdoor AC unit.
