hi i have a 3m x 3m room, underlay is done, just need laminate floor boards put in, will need to have your own tools to cut the floorboards for the skirting etc

Looking for someone to help touch up some laminated floor boards in my apartment. It just needs to be blended in, I understand it won't match the same exact look. (I'm not sure if this is laminated, happy to be corrected). Please share your quotes

A section of my floating floor is damaged and I need it repaired ASAP. It's only about 8sq/m and I have all the replacement boards on site. I also need a couple of the stair nosing's replaced, which is simply cutting and gluing and the scotia putting back in place. It's only a small job but I could tie it in with other work around the house as we're aiming to list our property for sale in 2 weeks. Other jobs include painting the side of our house, sanding a deck (roughly 30sq/m) and loading rubbish into a skip.
