We are pulling up old carpet / lino floors and would like vinyl floor boards put down. will cover 3 rooms to start with, 4th room will be done after we renovate the kitchen. House is approx 70m2, with the flooring at a guess around 50m2 give or take.

I have 2 floor boards that had lifted outside my bathroom that i would love replacing.

I am not sure what to do about this flooring. I have been told concrete looks to have a top coating so epoxy not really an option. Lots of cracks see attached photo. I am only in the store for 12 months, would like advice on whether Iaminated flooring or to fix the cocrete/epoxy it is the best option.
