I have a double-bowl stainless-steel undermount kitchen sink where the existing silicone/seal between the sink rim and the underside of the benchtop has deteriorated and failed. The sink itself appears firmly bonded and stable — it does not appear to have dropped or become detached. There is no obvious movement of the sink, but water can seep through the failed perimeter seal when pressure is applied. I need the existing failed silicone completely removed, the mating surfaces properly cleaned and prepared, and the sink perimeter professionally resealed with an appropriate sanitary/neutral-cure silicone suitable for the benchtop and stainless steel. This is a resealing job rather than a sink replacement. Please inspect the existing bond/support before commencing and advise if you identify any genuine structural issue requiring additional work. Looking for someone experienced with undermount sink resealing and silicone work on stone/engineered-stone benchtops. Please don't simply apply new silicone over the existing failed seal. Materials to be included in the price.

Sinks are blocked not sure of the issue. Might just need a clean or something.

We have a small hole/puncture in our stainless-steel kitchen sink that needs to be professionally repaired before we move out of our rental. It currently has a temporary filler over it, as shown in the photo.
