I would like to fit a second oven to existing kitchen cabinetry .. currently the space is only 30cm in height and it needs to be 45 . If a cabinet make could remodel the cabinetry so I could fit a second oven this would be my preference . I currently have a small microwave in there as in picture

Dishwasher & microwave wave are not yet bought and can be bought as per advice from you after space measurement. Intended location of dishwasher and electric oven as per photos.
