Jeep Patriot in North Lakes needs a mobile auto electrician to diagnose electrical issue. Car starts but won’t idle and shuts off unless throttle held. Electrical issues have been happening for months (lights/alarm). Crankshaft sensor already replaced. Vehicle not driveable, so must be mobile. Hi I am Reg. bought a new bull bar for my jeep wrangler in Brisbane but I moved to Leneva/Albury/Wodonga area before I could get it fitted. It’s very light. Brand new. Cheers Has all the bolts as new. I am happy to take it to your store or workshop if required. I can’t do it myself as I have broken back from my Army days. Local 4 wheel drive stores only want to fit their bullbars. I think any handyman could do this and doesn’t necessarily need a mechanic. MechanicI let me know if you are interested. Cheers

Front steel bar just need welding.

As seen in the photo 1, there are two bars on the roof, one on the left (front of the car) and one on the right (back of the car). The front bar is ok. The back bar (right side) is displayed a bit to the left side of the car (out of page). In photo 2, we can see that the rear bar is stretched to the left of the car a bit. In photo 3, it is the view from the right side, we can see the rear bar right side is dislocated/disconnected. However, the rear bar is still very firm. We want to align the rear bar to the normal position.

Task: Get My 2010 Jeep Wrangler Started & Assess Repairs Needed Hi! I’m looking for someone mechanically minded to help me get my 2010 Jeep Wrangler running again. It currently won’t start — it was accidentally run completely dry of fuel some time ago. I’ll have a jerry can of fresh fuel ready, but the Jeep has been sitting unused for a few months (I’ve had a work vehicle and haven’t been able to take it to a mechanic). Before it stopped running, the OBD2 engine light had come on, but it was still driving fine at the time. There may also be a flat or weak battery from sitting idle. I’m hoping for someone honest and experienced to: - Try to get it started (or at least identify why it won’t) - Check the fuel system, battery, and any other potential issues - Give me a clear, genuine rundown on what needs doing and what it might cost to fix properly Once it’s inspected and able to start again, I’d be more than happy to pay for a full repair through you if possible. I don’t know much about cars, so I really just need someone patient and reliable who can explain things simply and help me understand what’s required.
