Looking for a mechanic to change my turbo and cooling line in a 2014 jeep grand cherokee

Tow bar install on my 2020 Jeep grand Cherokee night eagle - Due date: Flexible

Changed the alternator and coolant sensor and had her scanned afterwards had these codes pop up P0645 and P0118. I'm thinking maybe there's a short circuit somewhere in the engine. As im having issues with my car not starting, revs up & down a little while ildling, battery lowing power randomly strange electrical issues like the lights would flick on and off, the dash like the speedo would work randomly and sometimes there is a buzzing sound from I'm guessing the fuses.
