I’m fixing a study (standalone) and require services for removing and disposing of colorbond cladding, insulation and any other cladding that is in place. Access is good for most of the building. One wall is close to a rock face, but can still be accessed (externally and internally). Two of the walls are easily accessed via a deck. The ridge height is about 3-3.5m off the ground. Access to the study is via a side walkway out to the front of the house. I would also like the disposal of old timber skirting boards, plywood and v groove panels. See pictures for your reference.

Installation of wall and roof insulation for a small backyard office Pod. The beam width in the wall and ceiling is varied between 65 cm and 40 cm, meaning this will need some custom cutting and pacing together to make this all work. I’ve already finished most of the wall, just a bit more to do. The ceiling will be the majority of the work and the harder or custom cutting and fitting job. I can source and pay whatever insulation will be easiest for someone to install, or can work out materials cost together.

Hi, I am looking for a quote to install insulation batts on the underside of my house as well as replace the roof batts. Currently there is nothing under the house. The space goes from standing to nearly crawling. Looking at the R2.5 underfloor insulation this would then be stapled in with insulation tape. Total floor area is circa 90sqm including the joists. In addition, i want the insulation in my roof redone. This would involve removing the current insulation and adding the new ceiling insulation. Probably R6 in the roof. I am able to provide the batts unless that is something you also will do and please provide cost on that. Please let me know any relevant experience / materials you would already have for the job. We're looking for someone to supply and install underfloor insulation for an extension. It's a single room, approx 32sqm. For Basix it needs to be "R0.60 down or R1.30 including construction". It's a suspended timber floor.

Hello, we'd like to insulate the underfloor of an external bedroom, which is on a slope, so the access on one side is about 80-90cm, but one side is about 20-30cm (see photos). The surface is approximately 10sqm. The floor is timber, we don't mind foam or batts.

I would like to get our house ceiling reinsulated by removing everything Cleaning all the debris and reinstalling the insulation just for the ceiling floor and not the roof. Thanks

Hi there, we need to put some insulation in our ceiling/attic. We would buy our own from Bunnings and then pay someone here to jump up there with a Hazmat suit and put it down properly. The area is around 10m x 10m I am only guessing at this stage. I can’t see it being more than a 2 hour job, total.

Hi, I have a house that I'd like to install underfloor insulation battens for. Under floor access is available, however is not walking heigh. Some knee work is required. Something like Expol 1240 x 410 x 60mm Polystyrene Insulation Panel. I'd initially be looking at installing 35 sqm or thereabouts. The standard size of the panels will fit between the joists. Install foilboard underfloor insulation. Working under the house in a tight space the job is partially complete and requires the foilboard to be cut to size and nailed to the floor joists. Insulation, tape and nails provided.
