Description Looking for a painter to quote for exterior painting of a terrace house in Redfern. Scope includes: • Front façade • Rear façade • One side wall (other side is a party wall) • External window frames The window frames are very weathered and will need to be sanded back to raw timber and refinished before repainting. Estimated paint area approximately 100–120 m². Property details: • Two-storey terrace with attic dormer • Access from street and rear courtyard Works likely include: • surface preparation and scraping where required • sanding and preparation of window frames back to bare timber • undercoat and exterior paint finish • trim and façade painting Timing: This job can be done anytime before September. The house will be vacant in September if further work is required. At this stage I am seeking quotes and site inspection. I need a floor to ceiling cabinet built for storing shoes, coats, umbrellas, hats at the entrance of a terrace house

I need the front and back chimneys, and the top storey exterior of my terrace house painted. I have the paint - Dulux Weathershield. You can see by the photos that most of the painting has been done, but could not be continued due to a lack of scaffolding. So, not a lot of paint is necessary, but accessing these final sections will be tricky. Please try to itemise, or to be specific as possible when you quote me. Thanks in advance.
