Seeking someone who is familiar with and experienced in completing the tasks listed below. Happy for the work to be completed over several dates. Images of each job have been provided. If you require more, please ask. Some tasks will require you to BYO equipment, others will be provided. Person must have attention to detail and clean up after themselves. 1. Several places in the home to need to be patched up and painted. Paint and filler will be provided. 2. Several places in the home to be sanded back and re-painted. Paint will be provided. 3. Front door catches at the bottom. Needs to be sanded back so the door opens and closes smoothly. Open to alternative solutions if you have any. Please provide own tools. 4. Install draught seals around several doors and windows. Seals will be provided. 5. Mount glass cabinet to wall. Anchor will be provided. Price is based off approx 5 hours worth of work. Happy to negotiate if work extends out or is more challenging than expected.

This requires a stain, not paint. We’ve selected a dark colour in a water-based stain that can be applied by spray gun or hand. Care must be taken to ensure even staining and no blotching, with wood grain still visible. • Surfaces must be clean, smooth, and dust-free before painting. Any drips, splatters, or rough edges must be corrected. • You’ve seen the house plan and are aware of the size and number of rooms. • Able to obtain scaffolding for the high ceiling void and work safely and efficiently at height. • We’ll be living in the house during the work and will need to move from room to room, but we’re very easygoing and accommodating. We settle on our new home next week. It’s a 1955 cottage. We’re wanting to paint the inside. It’s not a big house at all - 3 bedrooms plus living area. We will supply the paint. Ceilings, walls, trims to be painted. We will be ripping out the carpets AFTER painting and there will be no furniture, so happy for you to use a spray gun.

I require someone to caulk about 15 gaps around the exterior of my home and garage with a sealant. A few are long vertical ones that run up the wall. Others are small ones.

We have cornices that need to be done, we actually removed a wall and the cornices sizes don’t match from the living room so we will need to remove the kitchen one and add in the larger size and then in the living room we also removed a wall, so that will need to be done The ceiling where the wall was removed in the kitchen needs to be completed and if possible painted ( we can paint if this isn’t something you can do ) I will need someone to bring / buy the cornice as it won’t fit in my car. All out of pockets will be reimbursed according on top of this task payment.
