Clean, sand and prepare the surface 2. Apply rust convertor to all rust affected areas 3. touch up bare areas using metal primer 4. Apply two coats of premium Rustgard enamel Exterior Acrylic Repaint: 1. Wash surface to remove dirt and mould 2. Scrape/sand to remove loose and flaking paintt 3. Fill all cracks with an exterior acrylic sealant 4. Spot prime bare area's with acrylic primer 5. Fill holes using recommended exterior fillers 6. Spot undercoat filler and bare surfaces using exterior oil based undercoat 7. If mould is present use anti mould additive 8. Apply two coats of premium exterior acrylic with UV protection Ceiling: 1. Clean surface to remove any mould dirt loose flaky paint 2. If applicable seal water stain using stop stain sealer 3. Fill holes using plaster 4. Spot seal bare plaster 5. If mould is present use anti mould additive 6. Apply two coats of ceiling flat Brick wall exterior acrylic -3 x coats: 1. Wash surface to remove dirt and mould 2. Scrap/sand to remove loose and flaking paint 3. Fill all cracks with an exterior acrylic sealant 4. Spot prime bare area's with acrylic primer 5. Fill holes using recommended exterior fillers 6. Spot undercoat filler and bare surfaces using exterior oil based undercoat 7. If mould is present use anti mould additive 8. I’m looking for a painter to help me paint the in and outside of the house

After a painter for 85sqm small Queenslander home. Internal painting only (VJ boards). The home does have high ceilings of up to 3.3m. Currently paint colour is white - the new paint colour will also be white. Spray painter and paint will be supplied

House looks like its sold and would like to paint in areas for new buyer and cover some hairline cracks for building inspection to pass. Dates flexible but within the next week. Hourly rate plus paint fine.

House needs to be sanded before the painters come in.

I had guys who were coming yesterday but were 5 hours late so I need 80 sheets of plaster board moved inside , there is about 17 stairs and not difficult , plaster sheets are 3.6 x1350

I am looking for a skilled painter to paint the internal of a 2 Bedroom Townhouse. No garage and bathrooms, no ceilings. The Townhouse is unoccupied. Paint will need to be supplied. The stairs require more detailed work beyond painting. This would depend on the skills & equipment that can be provided by the person taking on this job. For example, the thread/nosing of the stairs need sanding prior to painting and the balustrades need to be replaced with metal wiring. These are additional and are not priority - but if you are able to complete these as part of the job that would be a bonus.
