Tiled roof is not to be painted, so only a small section will need work(see front facade photo to get idea). There is a fence (including gates) on two sides of the property (Shown in yellow on the plan) that also needs to be painted. Additional clarification :- 1. Property will be vacant during paint job (except some packaged furniture which can be moved around) 2. Paint will be supplied 3. Ceilings (including verandah ceiling ) need to painted. 4. Exterior walls (including verandah pillars) need to be painted only in areas where there is no exposed brick work (which reduces the work considerably). 5. Needs same colour scheme for exterior. 6. For interior, colour scheme may vary for some rooms but would be mostly similar shade. 7. This single-storey house has a small studio attic (2.4 x 4.1) that also needs to be painted. 8. All doors & frames, windows & frames, architraves, skirting need to be painted. 9. Both bathrooms are fully tiled. So only the ceilings, doors and a window needs to be painted. 10. 3 bedroom walls painted and 2 bathrooms

Moving out of a rental and need help with: - surface repair of old wooden floorboard (small crack, just need to cover somehow- floorboards have lots of scratches etc just have one noticeable crack that needs covering) - patches on walls from 3M “no damage” sticky hooks- cover and paint (white) x 3 - patch and paint wall from baby gate adhesive damage - cover small crack in kitchen tile (surface level needed only) - top up paint (black) around fireplace - possibly a few other small jobs and paint top ups To complete Monday or Wednesday next week ideally. Internal painting of 2 bedroom apartment and living room, as well as ceilings. - Due date: Before Saturday, 18 February 2023

We have recently completed some repair works outside due to water leaking and now need to repair the inside likely to be some skirting, painting and potentially some plastering. This price is inclusive of any materials although paint is provided.

Need to have a coat of paint in my townhouse. All walls downstairs, plus master bedroom upstairs and the walls by the stairs - Due date: Needs to be done on Wednesday, 20 April 2022
