Job Details: • Fence: • Approx. 17.5 metres long with lattice on top • Aged timber with some loose sections and moss • Requires thorough cleaning, scraping, and prepping before painting • Paint to be supplied by us (or quote can include paint if you prefer to supply) Concrete Path: • Requires pressure cleaning and prep before painting • Approximate size can be provided on inspection, but it’s less than 17m (perhaps 13m approx) Requirements: • Must have experience in exterior painting and surface preparation • Must supply your own tools (including pressure washer or cleaning tools) • Attention to detail – prepping is just as important as the paint job • Preferably able to complete job ASAP We’re looking for someone who has done this type of job before . Prepare walls, ceilings, window frames and doors and then paint all internal surfaces of a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom unit, with open living kitchen, dining and lounge.

I am prepping to paint my house and it needs to be pressure washed to get rid of all the cobwebs/dust etc. all windows to be cleaned, driveway to be cleaned as it will be painted. Garage also to be pressure hosed down. Also under the front porch and front door. I would like to have the front facade of the upper level of my townhouse painted. Area is accessible from the balcony. Material is like a fibreglass/ cement sheeting material. Would like have the edges of window frames siliconed. Just the upper level is required. Happy to supply paint/ materials.
