Have just left a property we rented and the landlord has identified a few issues that need sorting. I am in the process of getting pics but will list what needs to be done. Should be easy for an experienced handyman. 1. Entrance door dent (maybe 2 or 3cm). Needs putty patch and grey paint. 2. Two internal doors - a few scratches need repairing. Coated in paint as well. 3. Laundry room bench. Side laminate strips need replacing. Prob 2m worth. 4. Ensuite toilet window. Minor water damage - prob 30cm in length. To be painted too. 5.
