We have a leaking hot water system. We believe the source is from the solder joint from the cold water side, and we need a plumber to fix this.

The hot water for shower and basin tap in the master room is not working. It is only getting warm after few minutes. We don't have a mixer tap on the shower or basin, so hot water tap is by itself. The other taps for shower and basin in other side of the house which is in the same floor don't experience the same issue. It is a 2 floor house with one electrical hot water system. The hot water system seems working fine, as other taps in the house gets hot water.
