Hot water to bathrooms is too cold We have just moved into a new house and the kitchen sink is hot enough but showers are leaving us barely warm enough. The flow to the showers is also way too weak. We have removed the shower nozzle limiters but still the water isn’t strong enough to wet the hair very fast. Can’t do more of winter in this house without some warmth. Not sure of the cost of plumbers currently so put a guesstimate. Adjustments are behind an access panel

we have moved into a Queenslander and the water pressure & temperature (specific to hot water) is not optimal. When hot water is switched on all the way you only get a small flow of water in comparison to the cold water tap. This is an issue across all taps & our shower. When the hot water is running it’s not hot enough to combat the pressure with the cold water, you just end up with a cold shower. Need help to resolve.

Need to replace existing rooftop solar hot water system with a 250L Rheem (or similar) electric hot water system. Require supply, installation of the new unit , and disconnection of the existing system. Looking to get this done ASAP.

Hi , we have a solar hot water sytem in place. We don't have any specific issues at present but it has been a while since the last service. Needed a plumber to check the system for any safety issues and service as required.

Need someone to attend a property and inspect/repair the hot water system as the tenant currently has no hot water. The tenant has checked the system and confirmed there is water in the unit, but it is not producing hot water. System appears to be a Vulcan 250L electric hot water unit. Photos of the unit and compliance/spec label are attached.

Water is continually running out of the ( I am guessing) the high pressure release/ overflow, into the drain. Pics attached for reference.

The hot water pressure is very low and it looks like the valve is not working. So, we think it is damaged and we need to change it. The valve is next to the washing machine. We live in an apartment. The property manager said he can help to close the water system to do this job.

Inspect and repair a shower hot water handle that has come loose and is difficult to turn on. Currently requires pushing the handle in firmly for water to run. Likely needs tightening, cartridge repair, or handle replacement. Looking for a licensed plumber to diagnose and fix. Happy to cover cost of parts if required. Available before 1pm.
