We’d like to request a visit to address a couple of plumbing issues at the property: 1. Leaking Kitchen Sink (Priority) The kitchen sink is still leaking and dripping, even after a recent repair attempt by our handyman. We now need a professional to assess and resolve the issue properly. 2. Hot Water Flow Issues in Ensuite (Secondary) In the ensuite bathroom, there’s an unusual issue: • We have dual showers, but only one consistently receives hot water. The second only gets hot water if the first is turned on. • The basin mixer tap also doesn’t receive hot water unless hot water is already running elsewhere in the house. For context: the property was tenanted for over 15 years, and the space wasn’t well-maintained. We recently completed renovations, so the home looks fresh, but some underlying quirks remain — like these. We’d appreciate it if you could prioritise fixing the kitchen sink, and if time allows, investigate the hot water issues as well.
Nice guy, explained my problem(s) and articulated them well. Fix my leaking kitchen sink in about ten minutes (first time he left still leaking, but came back first thing next morning and fixed it). Quality and efficient work. He knows his stuff.
