The existing instant hot water (21e Bosch) is leaking and i need to replace with a Rinnai B26. Must be done on Wednesday 23 April While there, need to have a quote on the following items as well: - showerhead in the main bathroom is dripping constantly - tap in kitchen and ensuite are leaking from base Must be licensed and insured please

The laundry tap setup. The hot water tap (on the right in the photo) is leaking from around the base of its handle/screw cap. Even when turned off tightly, a slow drip of water continues to come out. The hot water pressure inside the house is not strong enough (shower head, sink taps etc), I'd need a plumber to fix the water pressure for me.

We have a hot water issue that we need a licensed plumber to fix. We have perfect hot water to the kitchen and laundry but only warm water to both the ensuite and main bathroom sinks and showers - the bathrooms go through the same tempering valve.
