• Supply and install a new hot water line for Apartment 103 (approx. 5m or less).from laundry to sink near by • Isolate the existing hot water supply at the common-area hot water meter (Apartment 103 only). • Cut into the existing hot line in the laundry and tee off a new supply for the kitchen mixer. • Drill through wall into kitchen and run new 15mm copper line neatly through cabinetry. • Fit lugged elbow and connect to existing kitchen mixer. • Reinstate hot water supply and test to ensure proper operation.

I need to re-install a 25L hot water service as another guy put it in & didn’t work. I also need a tap hooked up to another 25L hot water at rear of building. *Must be Certfied* previous person didn’t instal properly and I don’t want to be caught out again!!

We drilled a hole in the wall and it hit a Hot Water pipe. The hole will need to be replaced however the pipe has also disconnected itself from the copper pipe and also may have disconnected itself in another area that will need to be looked into.. This isn't a huge job but it wil need to be fixed ASAP This Task will include materials and parts - Due date: Needs to be done on Wednesday, 7 December 2022

The water in my bathroom shower dips in and out (hot to lukewarm and back). The hot water in the kitchen appears to not be affected. I believe this may be an issue with the tempering valve for the bathroom/shower. Would love if someone could come take a look and hopefully fix! Flexible with dates/times. - Due date: Flexible
