Find a professional hot water system contractor in Clayton VIC

I have a storage hot water system in the garage with a relief valve that currently discharges into a catch tray. The tray overflows, causing water pooling and minor wall damage. I need a licensed plumber to extend or redirect the discharge pipe to a compliant drain point. After redirecting the discharge, please also clean and dry the catch tray and surrounding area so no residual water or debris remains. The hot water system itself is operating normally. I had a problem with the hot water in the bathroom, the water in the bathroom wasn't hot enough, but the water in the kitchen was really hot, probably a problem with the 3-way water valve. Replace old Rheem 130 hot water unit with something similar - Due date: Before Monday, 20 February 2023

There is a small leak at my hot water unit. It is from a small hole at the copper pipe (see photos). Need a plumber to fix the leak or replace the copper pipe. Not very urgent, but hopefully can be done with a week or two. Thank you.
