What I need: • Supply of a new Hisense 2.5kW model (e.g., J Series, Q Series, U Series, or similar current model with WiFi if possible – happy to discuss options). Or Mitsubishi • Full professional installation by ARC-licensed personnel only. • All materials included (piping, brackets, drainage, electrical connections if needed, etc.). • Standard installation assumptions: single-storey home, indoor unit on internal wall, outdoor unit at ground level or easy access (no high/risky locations), no major electrical upgrades required, room size suitable for 2.5kW (small bedroom/office ~15-20m²). • Testing, commissioning, and startup. • Full warranty on both the product and installation (ideally 5+ years, as per common Hisense offerings).

I have a Mitsubishi Electric wall-mounted split system air conditioner (model MSZ-GE71VA). The unit is not working and the green operation lights are flashing, indicating a fault.

Ability to repair or perform maintenance on air conditioning units (Daikin) Currently the units are not blowing cold air. There is one upstairs and one downstairs that share the same condenser that sits out on the balcony (yes it is accessible) I understand price will go up if replacement parts are required.

Remove and dispose of an existing 1.5KW AC unit, (or feel free to re-use if that is an option for whoever does the install) and replace with a new 5KW Fujitsu system. The new unit will be going in the same location as the old unit and will essentially be a back to back. Attached are photos of the current unit location as well as other AC units that have separate circuits back to the switchboard. This should hopefully allow for an easier run back to the switchboard for this new AC. We are flexible with the install but would like to ideally get it done before the end of Jan. - Due date: Flexible

Two 2.5kw split type units install back to back. Ground floor. No need to wall mount outdoor units.
