Our safety switch trips after about 30 minutes of use, the outside cabling has weathered and become brittle - possible issue with drip line. The inside filter is clean, unit is 3 years old. Refrigerated air conditioner pipe dropping water out is blocked causing water to drip through the ceiling. Insurance Building inspectors has done the assessment and pointed out the issue. Need an experienced technician to fix the blockage issue of the air conditioner ( clear the vent or replace the pipe ) as needed asap.
