I have a split system AC unit installed on an internal wall so we have a condensate pump installed behind the unit so that it pumps the condensation across the attic and outside to the condenser outside. However we can hear the pump vibrating in the wall behind the unit, like a mobile phone on Vibrate. Very annoying. After speaking to the manufacturer of the pump they said it hasn't been installed in the correct space, and that it should be lifted into the attic and attached to the roof truss away from all internal walls. I'm looking for someone who is able to relocate this for us, probably only a few metres from where it currently is.
