I have a cordless bissel crosswave, the brush head has stopped spinning. I saw there was some trapped hair in the cog on the side of the brush. there is a small screw holding the cog in, i tried to remove the screw but it was so tight, it is going to strip the head of the screw. We dont have the tools to drill that out and replace the screw.
