Hi, I’d like to arrange a service for my garage door. The motor has become a bit noisier than usual over the last little while. Today, I also noticed the door didn’t fully open on its own, and I had to give it a little assistance to get it fully open. I’m hoping it’s just due for a routine service, but I’d appreciate having it inspected to make sure everything is working properly.

I'm looking for an experienced and licensed electrician (or chandelier installer with electrical qualifications) to install a crystal chandelier in the void of my home. Job details: Install a chandelier (approximately 30kg). Ceiling height is over 6 metres. Install an electric winch/hoist system in the ceiling so the chandelier can be safely lowered for first time installation and for future cleaning and maintenance. Securely mount the winch and chandelier to the roof structure, ensuring it is appropriately load-rated and compliant with Australian standards. Connect the electrical wiring for both the chandelier and the winch (if required). Test the chandelier and winch operation after installation. Ensure all wiring and fixings are neat, safe and concealed where possible.

Need a handyman with drill to place picture hooks for large mirror and one painting. Need door handle bathroom door tightened. Need screen door repaired with screw to be able to be placed back in door frame. Need curtain road hooks reinserted into wall. I have picture hooks but no screws or nails.

Hi, I am looking to get three quotes for an install of a shade sail. I am hoping it won’t need poles and just be attached to the house. I have attached some photos of the location and estimated size in cm. I definitely want a quote for option 1, just the rectangle, but I would like quotes if I were to go bigger to option 2 or even bigger all the way to option 3.

We have holes in our wall, roughly 500mm high and 200mm wide so need to be section replaced (not just repaired). Just need it to blend in and finished well. Need to bring plastering tools and gyprock - we will provide plasterboard and paint.

1200 mm hinged entry door sagging despite of all four hinges screws tightened , sealing rubber is loose but still bottom corner is engaged with aluminum trim - see all photos attached. Need to be fixed and sealing rubber installed . Thanks
