Need to remove old plaster glue off wall and any remaining gyprock down to the brick/render(gyprock has been removed mostly) replace with villaboard or simular will need to match up to existing gyprock sheeting and external corners done about 25mm depth to play with thinking furring channels fixed directly to brick and villaboard ontop - area roughly 600x400 + 600x450 + 600x 200 + small patch of cement sheeting in other room.

Supply and install 4 sheets of lattice, 2400 x 1200 to top of colour bond fence. Similar to existing on 3 panels (see photo)

Need to install 6 x sheets of Gyprock 1350x3000 to garage ceiling. Access is easy as there is a mezzanine about 1.3m from ceiling. Old ceiling will need to be removed no disposal needed.

The existing steel screen door has its hinges welded to a steel frame attached to the house with dyna bolts. I should be able to remove the frame and take it and the door to the repairer. It may be able to be done in place but I suspect that it would be difficult. There. Is a handle and lock that can be removed.

Hi There - we required someone with a 5m ladder to attach some Christmas decorations for us. Anchors are already in the columns. We just need someone to bring a ladder & attach the decorations by cable tie. Won’t take longer than 30min

The wire door doesn't currently have a key and the handle and lock will need to be replaced, and some keys provided.

The blind is fairly new but heavy. The metal chain just snapped at the top inside the disk.

Need handyperson or electrician on 1. Install 4 lights (supplied) 2. Fix intercom. The outside intercom only works to open but the people can’t hear our voices. 3. Front gate. Gate lock needs to be reset as it is out of alignment and sometimes won’t close without help.

Remove a ceiling light and install a ceiling fan with light. Charge a light switch. I will supply the switch and fan.
