Involves removing some existing tiles. - Regrout the sink area, probably 1-2metres worth of grout. Want to ensure a heavy, thick and clean application of the grout. Needs to be smooth and done well. involves removing existing grout. We have grout on hand. - Patching up of the hole in the wall to ensure no pests/rodents can get through We need this to be done quickly and efficiently, this isn't supposed to be premium. Build a flat pack Absco Shed 1.52mW x 3m D x 2.06m H on side of house on concrete slab. Hole cut on the side of shed so we can run a power board to the existing external power point on the wall. Shed is delivered and ready to be installed. Purchased the concrete fittings and bolts from Absco. You can come anytime that suits you install as we are only mainly there during the weekends at the moment. Please only take the job if you're available and can do the job.
