Handyman required to install internal door handles x2 in residential property. Door handle to be removed from room #1 and replaced with brand new door handle with lock (I'm providing this). Door handle removed from room#1 to be installed in room#2 which has no door handle currently (discarded broken door handle is exactly the same door handle type as room #1, identical strike plate still in place on door frame in room #2)

Looking for an experienced handyman to complete a few jobs at my home: 1. Install a Tinnitots Swedish Wall Bars (Sensory Ladder) securely onto the wall according to the manufacturer’s instructions. 2. Install a Sensory Sensations sensory swing, ensuring it is safely fixed into a suitable ceiling joist/structure for child use. 3. Fix a sliding door that is not operating properly (please inspect and adjust/repair if possible). 4. Inspect a garage door remote that has stopped working and troubleshoot the issue (remote, programming or motor, if it’s something a handyman can diagnose). Please bring your own tools. Experience mounting heavy items into timber studs or masonry is essential, as the installations must be secure and safe for children. Please include: * Your experience with similar installations. * Whether you can complete all four tasks. * Your availability. * Any additional materials you think may be required after inspection. Photos of the ladder, swing, sliding door and garage door can be provided.

I need an honest and reliable plasterer/painter to repair several cracks and damaged areas and finish them so they blend in with the existing surfaces. Kitchen ceiling: Repair the long line crack — prep, mesh tape if needed, patch, sand, prime, and paint to match existing ceiling finish (blend in). There are screws along the crack from a previous repair that need to be countersunk and fully hidden. Ceiling/cornice corners: Repair cracking/separation at the ceiling/cornice joints (corner gaps and hairline cracks) — re-secure if required, fill, sand, prime, and paint to blend. Wall crack above doorway/opening: Patch the crack running from the top corner of the doorway up toward the ceiling — patch, sand, prime, and paint to blend. Crack at cornice above door/slider: Patch and blend the crack along the cornice/ceiling line. Wall plaster damage/peeling area: Repair damaged plaster section — scrape loose material, patch, sand smooth, prime, and paint to match. Important notes: Keys must be collected/returned via the managing agent’s office. Please aim for a neat finish: no visible cracking, screw heads, ridges, or obvious patch marks after painting.
