The job includes: * Remove remaining wallpaper glue from the walls. * Scrape off any loose or peeling paint. * Fill paint chips and small plasterboard damage. * Sand all repairs smooth so they blend into the wall. * Apply primer/sealer to repaired and exposed plasterboard areas. The house is being prepared for sale, so I’m after a neat, professional finish. The damage is mostly cosmetic, with a few larger patches where paint has peeled during wallpaper removal. Please bring your own tools and materials (excluding primer if discussed). Located in Park Ridge, QLD. Faulty celling fan needs fixing

I am needing a bedroom door replacement. I had tried to repair it myself but it is not up to standard. The door can be purchased from Bunnings but it needs to be painted to the same colour and a handle attached.

Fix shower sliding door won’t close anymore unsure why possibly cause the wheels underneath have come off. Also install new lock entry sliding door and security screen door lock. Fix small leak pipe under sink. I’ll pay for materials just you need to go Bunnings to purchase which I will pay for.

I attempted to fix it myself, but the repair needs to be redone and finished professionally so it blends in with the surrounding wall. Photos attached. Holes in wall from roller blind bottom rail banging into wall opposite. 3 small holes. Please quote to include paint-matching, painting & blending. I do not have any paint, Owner did not leave any! Park Ridge.

The wire that help do it automatically is broken on the left side. The bottom panel on the right side has become detached from having to open it manually. Will also needs a couple dents flattened out and the rail on the right side bent back into place. The bottom right panel something has popped out which helps keep the panels together. Also doesn’t sit flush on the floor when closed
